Our Ethos

From the ground up, we are building a sustainable organisation that’s proudly focused on doing things the right way. A company that shows what can be achieved when balance and community meet business and technology.

About us

We believe that to be successful, we have to design our world around good principles, unbeatable ethics, and by being considered in everything we do.

Join us on this journey where we will share our recipes and stories, and hope that you will share yours too. Together, let us discover the diversity of home-cooked cuisine from around India and actively give back to our community at every step.

Ayurveda

The Science of Life

Dating back over 5,000 years, Ayurveda is the ancient system of Indian healthcare guided by the principles of balance. Our busy lives make Ayurveda more relevant today than ever before.

Tula’s simple ‘Discover Your Dosha’ test analyses your current state of balance. Your responses to these 8 questions will help us make recommendations for a personalised menu, unique to your body type and wellness needs.

Meal for a Meal

Our ethos extends beyond the food we cook to support the communities we work in on the critical issues of hunger and food waste.

More than 8 million people across the UK suffer from food insecurity every day, and more than 3 million children go hungry over the school holidays, 300, 000 people are homeless, and the number of rough sleepers is increasing annually across the UK.

At Tula we believe we need to and can do better, and so we have partnered with the Akshaya Patra Foundation, so that for every Tula meal you enjoy, we donate a meal to society’s most vulnerable here in London.
